1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Iworkgh ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Platform. The Platform provides a marketplace for connecting employers and employees in Ghana. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Iworkgh provides a platform that facilitates connections between employers seeking services and employees offering their skills and services. We do not employ any individuals on the platform, nor do we guarantee employment or payment. Our services include: Job posting and listing services Profile creation and management for employees Search and matching functionality Communication tools between parties Verification services for professionals Payment processing assistance (where applicable)

3. Registration and Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Iworkgh.

4. Employer Obligations

As an employer using our platform, you agree to: Provide accurate and detailed job descriptions Compensate employees fairly and in accordance with agreed terms Comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations in Ghana Provide a safe working environment Respect the rights and dignity of all employees Not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, age, or other protected characteristics Abide by all local employment laws and regulations

5. Employee Obligationss

As an employee using our platform, you agree to: Provide accurate information about your skills, experience, and qualifications Perform services in a professional and competent manner Be punctual and reliable Respect the property and privacy of employers Not engage in theft, damage, or other harmful activities Communicate professionally with employers Comply with all agreed-upon terms and conditions of work

6. Verification Process

Iworkgh may offer verification services for professionals on our platform. Verification includes but is not limited to: Identity verification through Ghana Card Criminal background checks through police reports Skills and qualification verification Reference checks where applicable While we strive to verify professionals, we do not guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by users. Employers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before hiring.

7. Payment and Fees

Iworkgh may charge fees for certain services. These fees will be clearly communicated before you use the service. Payment terms between employers and employees are agreed upon directly between the parties, unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for payment between employers and employees. Any payment disputes must be resolved directly between the parties involved. Our fees are subject to change with reasonable notice provided to users.

8. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all content you post on the Platform. You agree not to post content that is: Illegal, offensive, or discriminatory Violent or threatening Fraudulent or misleading Infringing on intellectual property rights Violating privacy rights of others We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

9. Limitation of Liability

Iworkgh is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of our platform. This includes but is not limited to: Disputes between employers and employees Failure to perform agreed-upon services Payment issues between parties Damage to property or persons Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services, if any.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our Platform should first be addressed through direct communication between the parties involved. If direct resolution is not possible, we may offer mediation services at our discretion. For legal disputes, parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana. Any legal action must be initiated within one year of the cause of action.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Platform, and we may delete your account information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We comply with all applicable data protection laws in Ghana and take appropriate measures to protect your personal information.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or through the Platform.
